At Voltello by Village Energy, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding our shipping methods, timelines, and costs.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM AEST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping. 

  • Express Shipping:
    • Cost: Flat rate of $15.00 AUD
    • Estimated delivery time: 1-4 business days
    • Available for all orders
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Cost: Flat rate of $10.00 AUD
    • Estimated delivery time: 2-8 business days
    • Available for all orders under $100 AUD
  • Free Standard Shipping:
    • Cost: Free
    • Estimated delivery time: 2-8 business days
    • Available for all orders over $100 AUD

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

4. Shipping to PO Boxes

We can deliver to PO Boxes via standard shipping. Express shipping may not be available for PO Box addresses.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Voltello by Village Energy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@villageenergy.zohodesk.com to resolve the issue.
  • For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly.
